By accessing or using the website at www.pharrsunroomcontractor.com (the "Site"), or by requesting services from Pharr Sunrooms & Patios, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this Site or request our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Pharr Sunrooms & Patios provides sunroom construction, installation, remodeling, and related contractor services for residential properties in the Pharr, TX area and surrounding Rio Grande Valley communities. The information on this Site is for general informational purposes only. Nothing on this Site constitutes a binding offer or contract for services. All service agreements are formalized through a separate written contract signed by both parties.
Any estimate provided by Pharr Sunrooms & Patios - whether given verbally, by email, or through a written proposal - is valid for 30 days from the date it is issued unless otherwise stated. Estimates are based on information available at the time of the site visit. If conditions at your property are found to differ materially from what was observed or described during the estimate, the price may be adjusted before work begins. We will notify you of any changes before proceeding. Final pricing is confirmed in the written contract.
Project start dates are scheduled after a contract is signed and any required deposit is received. We make reasonable efforts to begin and complete work within the estimated timeframe, but cannot guarantee specific start or completion dates due to factors such as permitting delays, weather, material availability, or conditions discovered on-site. If you need to cancel or postpone a scheduled project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation terms and any applicable fees are outlined in your written contract.
Payment terms, deposit amounts, and the final payment schedule are specified in the written contract for each project. A deposit is typically required before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon substantial completion of the work, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments not received by the due date may incur a late fee as specified in the contract. We reserve the right to suspend work on any project where payment is overdue.
We will obtain required building permits for covered work and schedule city inspections as required by law. Permit fees are included in or added to the project price as outlined in the contract. You are responsible for obtaining any approvals required by your homeowners association (HOA) before work begins. We cannot be held responsible for delays or costs resulting from HOA denials or approval conditions that were not communicated to us before the contract was signed.
Specific warranty terms for materials and workmanship are provided in your written contract. Where warranties are provided, they cover defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and maintenance conditions. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, acts of nature, modifications made by others, or conditions beyond our control. The information on this Site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that this Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pharr Sunrooms & Patios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this Site or our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or property damage not directly caused by our work. Our total liability for any claim arising from services we provide is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific services giving rise to that claim.
If a dispute arises between you and Pharr Sunrooms & Patios, we encourage you to contact us directly first at info@pharrsunroomcontractor.com so we can attempt to resolve it informally. If informal resolution is not possible, the parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing litigation. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding relating to these terms shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction in Texas.
